XTREME EXPERIENCE? MORE LIKE EXTREMELY BAD
We purchased a ride from XTREME EXPERIENCE ( https://www.thextremexperience.com ) in 2019 scheduled for spring of 2020. XTREME XPERIENCE ( https://www.thextremexperience.com ) canceled it (understandable of course, pandemic!). BUT XTREME EXPERIENCE ( https://www.thextremexperience.com ) rescheduled for Fall of 2020 which does not work for us as the person that the ride is for no longer lives with us. Now XTREME EXPERIENCE ( https://www.thextremexperience.com ) won't give us a refund. They said they would have only allowed a refund within 14 days of purchase - well, ummmm, we didn't know within 14 days that it wouldn't work! It's a shame though, because our other teenager was hoping that would be his present this holiday season - and all our friends with car enthusiast young adults was watching to see if we loved the experience.
